• Contact and demo requests: name, work email, company, phone number (optional), message, and the date and time you select for a demo.
• Usage data: anonymised page views and device information, collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information processed in server logs for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and schedule demos (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• To send you a confirmation of your request (performance of your request).
• To measure and improve the website (consent, via analytics cookies).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards unless a business relationship follows. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.

5. Sharing
